The ex-Casella del Contadino, or farmer’s stable, situated near the Casa Padronale, has been completely renovated and today is the restaurant where guests can enjoy delicious dishes rigorously prepared by hand according to our local country traditions.
Paola Giovanna closely supervises the cooking, and personally cuts the prosciutto and adds finishing touches to every dish. All of the dishes are inspired by local and family traditions and are served family style on massive wooden tables. The dishes are made exclusively with fresh local produce (even organic foods) and are accompanied with light and sparkling local wines. The meal is topped off with the ever-present nocino or walnut liquor, elixir for long life.

Villa Gaidello can accommodate friends, couples, families, companies, even meetings, always in a simple but accurate style and in an intimate and comfortable atmosphere.
The restaurant can serve up to eighty persons, and is open only previous reservations, all days except Sunday evenings and Mondays. Closed during the month of August.
